The project comprised multiple stages:

The initial stage involved constructing the driveway, porch and insulation. The second phase encompassed a comprehensive internal renovation, a two-storey extension at the front and a single-story extension at the rear. Finally, the third stage included expanding over the existing garage to provide another bedroom, as well as creating a new walk-in pantry in the kitchen.
